Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Our courses are accredited through the Psychological Society of South Africa (PsySSA) and

    The University of the Free State who is approved as accreditors by the HPCSA

  • Electronic certificates stating your CEUs earned will be generated and e-mailed to each participant after the course closes.

  • Once you have registered for your course, you will receive an email from no-reply@sun.ac.za providing you with payment options along with your unique payment reference number. Please use the payment reference number emailed to you for EFT payments and send proof of payment to cpdwell@sun.ac.za.

  • The Psychology CPD Well programme uses SUNOnline (Stellenbosch University’s online learning platform) to share learning material and content with you.

  • Possible reasons why your course would not display on SUNOnline:

    1. You have not paid for your course after registration.

    2. You have not sent your invoice request to cpdwell@sun.ac.za, and your course payment is outstanding.

    3. Your verification process is incomplete after paying for your course.

    4. You have yet to register on our website www.psychologycpdwell.com

    Should your course not display on your SUNOnline dashboard, please email cpdwell@sun.ac.za.

  • Due to security risks, we cannot change your password on your behalf. For help with your password, visit: www.sun.ac.za/password. If you do experience any issues with the process, please email shortcourse@sun.ac.za.

  • All course content will be available from 13th March 2024 – 24 November 2024

  • Until 24 November 2023.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a time frame as this will vary from person to person.

  • Cancellations made on or before 25 February 2024 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Unfortunately, the full registration fee will be forfeited for cancellations after this date.
